Please read the following platform policies carefully before using IPM-EMS services. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IPM-EMS Learning Management System ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
Permitted Use
The Platform is intended solely for licensed or certified EMS professionals and authorized training officers seeking CAPCE-aligned continuing education. Use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local regulations, is strictly prohibited.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify IPM-EMS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. IPM-EMS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
Intellectual Property
All course content, quizzes, AI-narrated materials, and supporting documents are the exclusive property of Integrated Pre-Hospital Medicine (IPM-EMS) and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Termination
IPM-EMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, IPM-EMS, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IPM-EMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the inability to access it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which IPM-EMS is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that State.
Policy Acceptance
By checking the box below, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all four platform policies listed above: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Refund Policy.
