Our Mission
Integrated Pre-Hospital Medicine (IPM-EMS) was established to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical demands of emergency medical services. We offer CAPCE-aligned continuing education that is not only practical and evidence-based but also immediately applicable in real-world scenarios.
Our curriculum encompasses essential topics such as airway management, trauma response, patient assessment, and pharmacology, all designed to enhance the critical skills needed when time is of the essence. Each course is thoughtfully structured to assist EMTs and Paramedics in fulfilling their Continuing Education Hours (CEH) requirements while genuinely enhancing their clinical performance.
The creation of Integrated Pre-Hospital Medicine (IPM-EMS) stems from our recognition that the classroom components of many EMS training programs fell short of instructional standards.

EMS Educator & Lead Instructor
Kishon Turner is an experienced EMS educator with a passion for raising the standard of pre-hospital care. With years of hands-on experience in emergency medical services, Kishon has dedicated his career to equipping EMS providers with the knowledge and clinical confidence they need to perform at their best in high-pressure environments.
As the lead instructor at IPM-EMS, Kishon brings a practical, patient-centered approach to every course. His teaching style emphasizes critical thinking, real-world scenarios, and the integration of current evidence-based guidelines — helping students connect theory to practice in a meaningful way.
Kishon is committed to making quality EMS education accessible and engaging, ensuring that every provider who completes an IPM-EMS course walks away more capable and more confident in their role.
